Alright, I Give: It’s Over

game-over.jpgI had tried to stay away from the pessimistic no-title-chance chorus, but I’m officially warming up my pipes. After yesterday’s 1-2 loss at Craven Cottage, it would seem that a readjusting of goals for the seaon is in order.

Of course, Fulham had just previsouly beaten Arsenal in 1966, so it wasn’t like…aw, forget it.

Anyway, the Tottenham match this weekend looms larger than it did just a couple of weeks ago. As if the Spurs game needed any more drama. Arsene Wenger says a win is in the bag. On the other hand, so does Ledley King.

Spurs haven’t won at Arsenal since 1993, but let’s hope that history isn’t made two matches in a row.

Maybe there’s a nice cup run or two coming…?
