A-Dub: Not With the Happy Happy
By: Trent | October 17th, 2006On the heels of Arsenal’s 0-1 defeat at the hands of CSKA Moscow in today’s Champions League clash, Gunner gaffer Arsene Wenger is not happy with the reffing. Says A-Dub:
The referee has not seen anything. I felt it was a goal. We have to accept sometimes the referee give goals because they do not see things. Tonight we have something new – that they cancel goals because they saw things which did not exist. So that is a new problem they have raised.
A-Dub says that Thierry Henry’s incredulous reaction to the call made him a believer regarding the goal’s worthiness. Look, the call was sketchy at best. But there is still plenty of room and time for the Arsenal to qualify for the knockout round.
