A Pole Between the Pipes?

Even a Mad Stork eventually has its Song Song. Arsenal ‘keeper Jens Lehmann has signed a new one year deal with the club, but he’s clearly at the tail end of his impressive career. In that vein, the Gunners have been keeping their eyes peeled for an heir apparent to step into goal when Jens does leave.
Enter Polish international Lukasz Fabianski, whose name is pronounced “Woo-kash Fab-yaƱ-ski”, and who has reportedly had a physical with club doctors and appears set to make the move to North London.
Fabianski currently earns his ‘keep with Legia Warsaw of the Polish First League. At last year’s World Cup, Fabianski was I believe the third choice goalkeeper (Artur Boruc was of course the starter).
But let’s get down to more importnat matters: the nickname. Might I suggest…Woo!
Update: transfer confirmed by Arsene Wenger.
