He is nowhere near the standard of a team that should be challenging to win all four trophies (perhaps minus the carling)

There is only one australian good enough to be in the top teams in england and that is Timmy Cahill

And he isnt of the position we need to fill.

Considering I am a Sydney FC follower….

IDK. I really don’t know what he’d do with Arsenal other than Carling Cup games perhaps and sitting on the bench. Because his talent isn’t really anywhere near say, Flamini’s. Adrian Leijer is at Fulham, David Carney is at Sheffield United, Ruben Zadkovich at Derby. Championship/Relegation teams. Granted he’s probably better than them, but still.

I think Arsene could do better, unless he really wants a half-decent player for bargain prices. *shrug* we’ll see how it goes.

I’m sorry that Flamini is leaving especially seeing that this season was one of his better ones for the club. I wish him the best. I know our beloved coach is excellent at developing talented players, but I am worried that we’re so concerned about getting cheap players that we avoid getting quality players. I don’t know this player, but I do know that the Australian league isn’t anywhere close to the EPL. I want us to win trophies this year, even if it means purchasing known winners.
