Adebayor is actually making me quite cheery, and he and Bendtner working together might actually work- they seem to have grown up a bit.

My worry is if we run into another injury patch like the one right now- Diaby (and Rosicky, who I desperately want back) can’t seem to stay fit, Cesc can’t play every game. I’d love us just to have another midfielder to ensure things.

Looking at Adebayor playing in pre-season, I don’t think he’s going to have any problem whatsoever winning back fan support. It looks like he’s gained a step.

And Bendtner’s pre-season form has been great, so I’m with the prevailing opinion that we’re in good stead up front.

I like the look of the squad for the season, even without any more players coming in. I want to see Denilson and Diaby get some games.

If we get bounced out by Mac’s Twente, I’m definitely going to be sick.
