Half Time: Liverpool 1-4 Arsenal

By: Trent | January 9th, 2007

Liverpool are doing well to stay within 3 goals of Arsenal’s B Team in this Carling Cup clash. Gunner goals from Aliadiere, Baptista (2), and Song are pacing Arsenal.

Well, still a long way to go in this one. One supposes.

UPDATE: Make that 5 to 1, Arsenal. Baptista has completed a hat trick, and that despite Dudek saving his penalty shot just two minutes prior!

UPDATE II: But wait! Stevie G. with a 68th-minute strike. Comeback?

Don’t fail to mention that Liverpool is playing just as many if not more reserves then your goons. Also you take the offside goals (and yes, plural) and the handball goal. That’s why we’ve won it five times and you guys have won it… ha. No class.
