Henry Out, But Still BFF With A-Dub

It looks as if Arsenal talisman Thierry Henry will be out of action until the new year due to his lingering sciatic nerve dilemma. For their parts, Henry and Arsene Wenger are showing a unified front, insisting that all’s well between the two Frenchman. Nothing to see here, folks–move along!
Henry continues to state that he’s a Gunner for life, and will never go to Barcelona. Which is obviously what every Arsenal fan wants to hear. But I wish he’d quit saying it so much; statements like that always get louder right before they’re proven untrue. Like when a chairman gives the ol’ Vote of Confidence two days before sacking the manager.
Anyway, see here for what other papers are saying about the rumoured rift. Since we’ll never know what if anything really went on between TH14 and A-Dub, let’s focus on the massive Champions League match this Wednesday at Porto. We need a point!

Talk about making mountains out of molehills. Every week, the British press seems intent on grabbing on to some incident in the Prem and elevating it into something of armageddon-like proportions.
