Henry, Rosiky, Lehmann Among FIFA POY Finalists

By: Trent | October 12th, 2006

Arsenal men Thierry Henry, Tomas Rosicky and Jens Lehmann have been announced as finalists for FIFA’s World Player of the Year. Rosicky, who has had a very nice debut at Arsenal thus far, will not win the award. Neither will Lehmann. Henry, however, has a chance. He’s never won it before, which may be of some benefit when the votes are cast.

The other front runner has to be Italian hero Fabio Cannavaro. I couldn’t complain about either.
