Liverpool v Arsenal Game Thread

A big league match up today. Arsenal’s coming off just two full days of rest, while Liverpool haven’t played since their loss at Stamford Bridge. What’s going to happen today? Well, at least Arshavin is in the lineup. If Bendtner plays like the great Dane he thinks he is, perhaps we’ll have a chance. Here are your lineups:

Liverpool: Reina, Arbeloa, Carragher, Agger, Aurelio, Alonso, Mascherano, Benayoun, Kuyt, Riera, Torres. Subs: Cavalieri, Dossena, Babel, Lucas, Ngog, El Zhar, Skrtel.
Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Toure, Silvestre, Gibbs, Arshavin, Song Billong, Fabregas, Denilson, Nasri, Bendtner. Subs: Mannone, Diaby, Eduardo, Vela, Walcott, Ramsey, Eboue.

No Gerrard = good. Fabianski and Silvestre still in = bad. Eduardo must not yet be fit either. Sagna is back into the squad, but no sign of Clichy yet. Three points would be massive today. Leave all thoughts before, during and after the game below.
