Merry Christmas from the Arsenal Offside

By: travis | December 24th, 2008

Merry Christmas to all from Arsenal Offside. Hope everyone has a great holiday season, thanks for all the lovely feedback. Please keep it coming – lots of chatter in the past week or so. I may or may not have a full preview of Aston Villa tomorrow. To say that it is a big game is an understatement.

I hope that Santa has a couple of new midfielders in his sack for us this holiday season. It could be a long four months…

And as Arsene would say – Joyeux Noël.

So hard to be positive about the future of this club at the present moment. I’m just hoping that they’ll learn from their past mistakes of mismanaging their great midfielders by letting them go, not foreseeing that injuries could be absolutely disastrous during the long and grueling season. However I’m beginning to wonder if our players were made by Gepetto?
In the category of dismal Diaby and Denilson held their titles quite nicely.
Merry Christmas to all and hoping a gritty performance the same way they fought hard with 10 against a stacked Liverpool squad. Don’t be surprised if Eboue starts the match!

My God I should pick on different players now, perhaps the charm will work again.
How about that Samir Nasri he was absolutely useless, or
I must say that he was very well smothered by the Villa goons!
Better luck on Sunday and that was not a penalty when you look at the slow motion replay.
Ramsey is not ready yet Mr.Wenger.
