hmm i like Wenger in general, but he sure can be a whiny bitc* sometimes ey? pretty much proves he's just as 'classy' as nani/evra.

  • Perryvs

Obviously you didn't read the article, you just read the headline. What Wenger said doesn't hold a candle to the level of twat-ness of Evra and Nani's comments about Arsenal. Here's what Wenger said, in response to Nani dismissing Arsenal's title chances, saying only Chelsea and Man Utd are in the running for it, "I personally don't know who will win the league and I have managed 1,600 games. If Nani knows he must be 1,600 times more intelligent than I am."

  • Georgedb1

Yea Wenger said that jokingly, but even if he hadn't, anyone thinking they can accurately predict what going to happen in this league (or even any league save La Liga) six months from now is very naive, bordering moronic. Its always tempting to give into the doom and gloom of a loss or two NOW and forget that there are 21 games left. Remember, 38 games win this league. Counting teams like Arsenal out of the title race is just idiotic, and Nani knows it, considering that we came back from a 9 and 11 point deficits to challenge last year. Nani and player like him from our rivals are just trying to beat their chest n hope we'll be intimidated, and maybe the players are, but if you step back from that what Wenger said is true... which is basically that you just don't know who is going to win the league this early on.

  • Well, if you had seen the press conference, Wenger was pretty much laughing when he said that so...

  • Georgedb1

Unfortunately, looking at these pics you realize that the majority of our team still consists of kids... i mean just look at denilson, wilshere, and gibbs.... especially Denilson though, in that picture with Fab, Vela and Rosicky, i mean wow, if u cropped his face n put it on a ten year old boy's body no one would know the difference
