Flamini Flirting?

Is Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini batting his eyes at a couple of rich Italians? So it would seem, if he was being frank with the press.

A lack of consistent playing time may be spurring the Frenchman to look elsewhere:

“The next three years will be important for me. I want to play, to go to the next level. The Arsenal team is young, it has quality, but I am not playing as much at the moment. It isn’t easy to live like this and I am in a situation where all players ask themselves questions.”

If he does leave, however, he admits it won’t be a free exit:

“I have reached the end of a cycle. I have spent three years at Arsenal and my lawyer has assured me I can leave in June. To do that I have to pay the club the last year of my wages.”

I’d like to see Flamini stick around, flirt or no. But you can’t fault someone for looking for more PT.
