Unsurprisingly, The Beast Looks Like a Goner

Not a real shocker, but it looks as if The Beast, Julio Baptista, will not be kept on at the Arsenal. Instead, the on-loan Brazilian will likely return to Real Madrid (no small consolation of course, it’s not as if he’s headed to Yeovil Town).

Who knows if his counterpart, Jose Antonio Reyes, will return to North London from Madrid? I’m thinking he probably won’t.

The Beast had several nice turns for the Gunners this season, but only three Premiership goals seems a bit paltry. Luckily for you, I won’t even go into the stew of Arsene / Spain rumours simmering these days.
