Stop Wasting My Time…You Know What I Want
By: Trent | February 22nd, 2007Spinal Tap aside, money is the word of the day as Arsenal brass discuss the effect on the club of the move from Highbury to Ashburton Grove. In the six months ending on November 30, 2006, the club reported a total loss of £6.2 million. Nevertheless, the turnover compared to the same period a year earlier shot up from £57 million to over £100 million.
The club have stated that the loss and revenue jumps can each be linked to the move to the Emirates Stadium, which has seen increased transition costs but also greater ticket sales.
The good news from Arsene Wenger’s perspective is that club managing director Keith Edelman has said that there will be money available for A-Dub to spend in the summer if he wants to make additions to the roster.

Talk about bum cakes,
My gal’s got ‘em.
Big bottom,
Drive me out of my mind.
How can I leave this behind? So funny.
